★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest and most consistent and reliable eateries in Karve road area.
The food is not exceptional but not below average either. So it's the most consistently average restaurant ever. Rarely dissapoints.
Cleanliness, service all up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Kimaya is a old joint of we friends, may be last 20-25 years! Main attraction is outside seating where you can brunch with friends hours together overlooking flowing Karve Road. Not to mention, food quality and variety are very good for so many years. Parking is also no problem!

I got a cockroach floating in my sambar. Not one but multiple.
Makes me wonder about the hygiene maintained in the hotel.
Hotel would not even call back and look into the issue. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is totally totally Marathi and filled with families, and it was full on a Saturday evening.
For an old restaurant in this area and the huge menu they offer, the food is strictly ok. Nothing fantastic or special, good clean vegetarian fare.
What I like is the massive open space.
Their bottled beer for takeaway only, is a true ? star. A must try for ₹400.

Here u get "half" subji option which actually good, affordable and no waste of food...
Punjabi is good, Dal-khichdi should have been better in taste... Fruit salad with mango ice-creme (in picture) is worth a penny.... Must try....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, on 17th January, we ordered Veg biryani kimaya special, we found an insect in it while eating, this is very dangerous. Very careless, what about the hygiene in your kitchen?
What if something happens to the customers?
Please maintain hygiene and check the items while cooking, check the packaging and be careful.
This very very very harmful.
