Hospital is running only for Aarogya Sri patients .
My uncle admitted for heart and Angio is done . You are not allowed to enter ICU and you never know to whom to speak for the things
It is hell for discharge process , it is always Dr dr dr . We roam from 9am to 1pm still didnt find a person to trigger for discharge . Admin head , security everyone says Dr has to say and they say Dr is in lab or OP and we are scared , we cant speak to him and they will not allow us to enter to speak to him .
you have to wait like a dumb outside so that if DR remembers you he will call you else need to wait wait wait wait wait on ...................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for colnoscopy test, very bad experience. Doctor also not giving clear details. Waste of time.poor planning and just trying to mint money. Not even bothering about patient age and condition. Dr balaji and staff behaviour is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got good and faster treatment when I approached Casualty with an emergency. Treatment seems reasonable as per issue we had. Pharmacy procedure seems messy and housekeeping is not upto mark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible staff,they don't know how to explain the patients condition to attenders! Fully money minded and we can't see any efforts for saving a patient's life..anyone can gain money if they are alive,but we can't buy a life with money..frst of all staff should maintain dignity and give respect to the attenders. They think that they are serving freely to us,WE ARE PAYING AND NOT GETTING BACK EITHER PATIENT HEALTH OR RESPONSE. Mainly ICU staff,they will not allow us to see our patient once in a whole day also.. atleast we should know wether they are alive are not!! Very mean hospital and staff

We went for mediassist insurance and paid cash finally at 7.00pm after following from morning 9.00 am. Need to shift an ICU patient
to another hospital and You can understand how much delay they do . I don't want to say anything on Dr they are good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending my gratefulness to the Dr. Swarna Latha madam Gynaecologist is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I admitted my mother in KIMS hospital for Laparoscopic Surgery. The way she giving treatment and motivating patient was so good.
i am very happy to get good treatment to my mother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt about doctors they are the best in Ongole but end of the day, any individual will consider the response to patient as well. I have a feeling KIMS has very poor customer service. They won't answer properly. I'm writing this review after frequent visit to KIMS Ongole for 6 months. The only thing still driving me to continue visiting Hospital is only doctors treatment. Never know when I feel fed up and not to visit this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kims hospital ongole, worst hospital i have ever seen. The staff and nurses are not so responsive. My dad admitted with the heart problem and they put him in the icu and wrote for angiogram test but the test doesn't done for two days. The staff is not even saying the updates of the patient condition.
