★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. No guarantee for footwear. Worst quality. They give false statements and do not cooperate at all. The material tears off within weeks. Never make a purchase if you don't want to waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse post sales services, I bought a shoe for rs.1000 which I used for just 1 week and sole broke down..
They took the shoe to get it repaired but never returned the shoe...when i asked for my repaired she...they made false accusations on me...and called me a lair...of returning the shoe within 15 days.as they never give you receipt...staff is rude and ready to fight..I gave them my address to return it...but I never got my shoe back...
My worst shopping experience... I shop a lot..but Kins is worst of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a shoe for my son for Christmas on 23/12/17, he wore for midnight at midnight on 23rd night and I realized the zip of the shoe had a defect the stitching was not complete (wide) at the base so the zip could not be closed once it's opened, on 26/12/17 I went back to the shop for either repair or exchange and I got back the same shoe on 20/01/18 with aan ugly odd looking clip at the base and they cited it's the only way. After much pleading they didn't give a replacement so that 1300 shoes is lying unused now. I'm very sad and disappointed at this fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional people. I called to check whether they can exchange bellies or not as I had bought it 2-3 months back and wore only 5-6 times. The quality is so poor for the price I paid and they said yes I can come and exchange. And upon reaching there they refused to change as I had already worn it.
I had clearly mentioned over the call that I had worn it only 4-5 times and the material has started to come off.
