Worst place to buy any stuff i bought two bottles from there and both were defected at very first use and when asked to replace they even dint bother to listen to the query and in addition the sardar ji on the billing counter hardly knows how to behave to the customers nd was very rude .. would personally sugges not to buy stuff from this place there are way many better places you can go nd have a good experience but atlest not this shop worth your valuable time and money .

I gave my new pair of sport shoes for repairing twice within a month and second time when I went to collect my shoes they were giving some other old pair instead of mine and when I told manager these are not mine they spoke very badly and tried to convince me that I m mistaken and these are mine only. Manager told me I m lying and not able to recognise my own shoes. Really bad behaviour and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped from the shoe store having a defective product which slips out of the foot as soon as we start walking, I took the product to the shop the owner first said go to a mochi it will repair it , if you keep it here it will take 7-8 days I said no problem I will wait after 8 days I went again , and also it takes 80 rs to travel every time , then he gave me the product, I wore it to make sure now it’s not faulty anymore, as soon as I stepped out the back elastic slipped out again and I went back he said nothing can be done once the product is sold it’s not our responsibility. When I said this is your responsibility to exchange a faulty product he said no I’ll not do anything about it you can do whatever you want , it must be a problem in your skin that it’s slips out again and again . I need a support for this costumer exploitation.
