In visakha every government and private hospital recommend this hospital when patient condition out of there hands .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly bad/ denial of service by the junior doctors, while the CMO/ Duty Head, and other doctors are saving people. People like lab technicians are happily locking doors from inside, sleeping, while ER is bubbling with accident, DND cases. Look at the photos of how I myself was handled. Very rough language used as well. It's a shame to the medical profession!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour of most of the staff. They don't give you proper information. When you ask the treatment summary or case file, they make fun of you. One lady doctor said don't we have any other work than to write histories. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital, horrible experience. There is no wheelchairs or stretcher is available at the hospital to take the patient to concerned department. Even doctors and staff are behaving irresponsiblly. One of the nurse in cardiology department said that patient not infront of the gate, if he is infront of the cardiology department gate they will give wheelchair to come inside. I don't understand that if patient reaches the cardiology department, can't he get inside? . After roaming for 1hour for wheelchair, they took my mobile and gave wheelchair. And finally I had reached to cardiology department for heart attack in emergency situation, cardiology doctor told me to visit physician. I didn't understand what's the logic. Anyway I had visited physician, there no beds are available. Already two patients are occupied every single bed. Then I realised nothing is going to happen except the condition of patient going worse. I moved to private hospital.

2. They will provide glass of milk sorry hot water 90% 10% they will add milk for favor
3. Student they feel like doctors and they don't respect patients
4. Doctor Sruthi ( 3rd year student she didn't care at all before she not getting doctor certificate only she don't listen to anyone one words
5. Bad treatment for patients
Goverment should take feedback from patients then only they will change
