★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First he gave me an estimate of around 40k for two curtains. He jacked up to 69k after actual measurements although dimensions were pretty much same. After argument he came down to 20k first one and 30 k for second curtain. Since we already paid 20k we got one curtain made and cancelled second one. We got the second one made by another shop with same fabric and design of 15k.
Usally customers are not aware of fabric price. These people were charging Rs2400/sq ft for exactly same fabric which other shop charged Rs700 / sq ft. Beaware of .....
