★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Shiv Shakti since the time I shifted to Malad, a good 32 years ago and in all this time I’ve never once had anything negative to say or feel about this place. The staff, the owner are lovely people and their stuff range is amazing from the lowest to the trendiest and most expensive, you will find everything here. Anyone looking for anything in home decor should visit Shiv Shakti, it’s truly the best .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a silk cotton mattress made from the shop. Got severe body ache in places I have never felt any pain after sleeping on the mattress. Pain shifted to different muscles as I changed my sleep position.
It's the worst mattress I have ever slept on, I couldn't use it for more than few days. My body pain went away after I started sleeping on another mattress.
Never ever buy a mattress from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is located in Malad West and other branch is in Kandiwali west. Both have very good collection of furnishings to suit all types of budget and choices.
I have got almost all fabrics (sofa, chairs, curtains, headboard) from this shop and I am happy with their sales staff and quality of the products.
However, the customer service is very bad. If there is any issue with products we make with their tailors/vendors, they never respond. They only explain/answer while placing order of sofa/curtains but if they don't come proper in stitching/measurememt, no one bothers to receive the call or even answer at the store to fix it. This is the only minus point about them which make me stay away from getting products from them. This happened twice when I made curtains and changed chair fabric.
I hope they improve this part of the service so that I can happily give 5 stars.
