★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst travel service you would ever seen. Looks like they run a parcel service along with passenger service. Surat-Pune route is worst. They take 14 hours to reach to Pune (even no traffic on the way). I would suggest to simply avoid this travel agency. They better should be renamed to King Parcel Agency. Shame! Owner if you are reading this then do something. Your customers are suffering.
