★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service at the time of booking drop location shown Amit nagar circle but they drop us in highway time 03:30 AM no auto was available there.
We were only one couple it was so much risky
We haven't told them much because driver and conducter already fighting with other passenger in the bus and abusing badly in front of me being a girl I was very sacred
It was very worst experience.
I personally don't suggest to book this Bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hygiene. Stinky dirty washrooms. No good sitting arrangments. Charging points in the buses don't work. AC bus is worst than non AC, coz it feels so hot in their AC buses too. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was pathetic because i travelled from surat to pune on 12th June,2021 in Night at 9 PM. And i was carrying RTPCR test reports with me. But when i asked to travel agency for the same, they told me its not required. Now at night 1 AM maharashtra border police didn't allowed our bus to pass that checkpost because they wanted to check RTPCR reports of each passenger from bus. & only 3-4 passenger had reports concluding me. And we waited for 5 hours at the same spot just because bus driver and agency was negotiating with police department.
And finally after 14 hours of journey finally i reached pune on 13th June 11 AM in the morning.
