This place has the most hideous customer service and they can never keep up to the turn around time given by themselves, visited this place for a replacement of an HDMI port, initially I was told this would be ready in 2-3 days but they ended up dragging it for 11 days , I was constantly given a reason that they are not able to find an HDMI IC for my laptop. I don't know if I should call the service center naive or incapable for taking 10 days just to arrange a small part. No clue about others but my overall experience was very miserable with this place.
