★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY GENERATOR. We purchased Kirloskar generator 3 years back. It has been repaired 2 times. Now again generator stopped working. Its display system gets damaged easily for even small lightning. Repairing this display is a joke(very costly). As it gets damaged every now and then, repairing is of no use. Even thier customer service is the worst. I dont know, why these companies have customer service for namesake. Many people around our place are having the same complaint. They dont even think of responding. With our experience, i advice everyone, not to buy their products.

Vendors of this company are cheated or not given full payment at all. If at all someone is planning to work with them as a vendor, even god wont be able to help. Public should stop buying Kirloskar products.
