Very worst management.. Nambisi kuthhige kuyyo aasamigalu..
1 star kodoku nalayakgalu ee management...
But.. Company anna thindhidhke 1 star aste.. Managenentge minus -5 star kooda kammine... Nammindha belithare... Konege nammanne beedhige thalluthare... Niyathige bele illa illi.. Bucket hidiyorigashte illi bele... Esht perfect agi work madidhru.. Quality n quantity kotru... Yenadhru ondh korathe helthare. Idhu nan obnige mathra alla.. Ellarigu anubhava agidhe.. Including permanent n contract labours... Nam company antha naavu irthivi.. Ivru aa mind set change madoru.. Adhru naavu nam company anthane work madidhivi... Maanasika himse jasthi illi... Management levelnali yaarigu kooda humanity illa.... 1 small problem helidhru solve madola... "Hengadhru madkoli.. Nange production beku" idhanne ivru helodhu... Kachada worst production manager Mr.Gopinadh Khadeem and most worst assistant production manager Mr.Pradeep toll including Mr.Sangayya... Ee 3 members indha company worst conditionge bandhirodhu..
