★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Earth Auger for 20K. Nut connecting to tool got broken on the first day, one week after the machine stopped working. Shipping cost was inclusive in the price, but they shipped the product making "To Pay", had to spend Rs. 1k for the shipping cost, when I refused to take the shipment, their representative (Harsh) promised to send back the 1K, which never received. He took rs. 500 to ship extra nuts, which was broken, had done the payment but never received the nuts. Had reached to the owner of the company "Shashikant", and his brother "Rakesh", but of no use, zero customer service, zero product value. Fraud Company.
