★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average food, absolutely the worst service. For a party of 7, the servers gave: 4 sets of forks and knives, 5 table mats, 4 coffee stirring spoons, exactly 1 satchet of suger for each (on asking for more, they declared they are out of sugar and brought 2 satchet worth of jaggery in a cup), and 5 glasses of water! The outdoor seating was dusty despite Sunday brunch time and on asking, the server half-heartedly wiped exactly half of it before declaring they will bring table mats, which they brought only a few of. The sandwiches that were supposed to be grilled were left ungrilled and upon requesting, were dumped in an oven making them burnt, brittle and inedible.
Never ever seen team this apathetic and disinterested in serving customers, and there were repeated request and grumbling from most of the tables. And this is during their peak hours! Complete waste of money and awful breakfast experience.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a very fresh vibe, like it's food .. healthy and lots of greens. I preferred a do it yourself sandwich and staff was very helpful me in guiding with the right proteins and spreads .. the single shot americano was perfect ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been to Kitchen Garden several times (Juhu, Bandra normally), and the food quality has always been great.
Today however, we returned there after a long time. We had a smoothie, chocolate mouse & a falafel sandwich today evening.
Everyone in the group felt unwell immediately after. Extremely disappointing!
(I also pointed out my concerns to the staff re: stale food afterwards, but of course they disagreed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had banana berry and almond milk smoothies here on Sunday . Strategically located place with good spread however, quality of food is super disappointing irrespective of premium pricing
They don't mention macros for food neither they bother to customise food. Also, Something was terribly wrong with both food items ordered , had sever stomach pain and loose motions post drinking both drinks. Did not expect such quality and service from a reputed chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is Kitchen Garden BKC, an extremely shoddily run establishment, its staff doesn't seem to understand the value of serving their customers with dignity.
Each and every visit to this restaurant, i have left disappointed, waiters bring wrong items despite the elaborate menu and painstaking details you need to provide to get the food.
A training session for the staff in priority of taking orders, not talking out of line to other customers while there is a customer waiting to give his order, taking the order in time, not making customers wait endlessly before taking an order while they tap away into the digital cash register would go a long way.
Avoid this place if you want a place that serves you
well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited options for the breakfast menu. Food is alright (not bad, not excellent). Ambience is good. The staff could use some soft skill training on how to deal with customers. They seem to feel they are doing a favor by taking orders and explaining the items on menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Life saviour for Healthy and fitness freaks! Serves healthiest of foods, exotic salads & sandwiches. You can also choose to make your own salad/sandwiche, which what I did and totally liked the taste while going healthy. It was filling, delicious and healthy. Whatta combination.
