★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (negative) Safety of kids :: They don't maintain a metric like area allocated per kid in a classroom. They claim to have 40 SQ feet per kid at centre level but they don't have such metric at a classroom level. This leaves a lot of scope for sales team to chase/maintain revenue per centre and in turn it creates an unsafe environment for kids. Their sales/support/senior management teams have nonchalant responses to such concerns. E.g. for one classroom, they have 12 kids [+ caretakers] in a 240 SQ feet room [ this room also tables/almirahs etc]. 240 SQ feet per room for 12 kids is 100% higher than their claimed area metric, which is 40 SQ feet per kid.
(Positive)Centre director Binu is doing an excellent job. She is v prompt and patiently listens to parents' concerns. Tacy who takes care of Infants is v nice and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a very positive development for Advaita in Klay. She had joined mid of the term and had a tough time settling in the first couple of weeks. The teachers and the care givers had given her a of extra care and attention and she had settled down really well. Now she just loves attending Klay and is very happy with the activities she takes part in. Thanks to Klay for all the support and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say I am very happy to see some significant developments in my Son recently. The classroom activities that Klay conducts, has played a major role in my child's mental development. Now he has started making new friends. He responds to elders now and greet people outside. He can recognise alphabets, numbers and Colors clearly. He likes painting and dancing.He knows more than 5 rhymes. Centre director Binu Mam is taking real good care of the centre and I couldn't have asked for more friendly staff. Teachers are expertise in their fields. Aunties and didis love each and every kid beyond their duties require. I feel that my child is in absolute safe hands. I would highly recommend it to all the parents of nearby communities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our child in Purva Riviera Klay since infant days. The CD at that point in time was amazing and gave us a lot of confidence that our child will be fine. The new CD and the way of her management was horrible, to the extent she yelled at me at the top her voice - because we raised concerns that were unresolved by her and her team..in front of my family, with the child in my hand, staff and teachers... just imagine what a CD like such can manage! I made my child to move out of the center immediately but unfortunately no action was taken against such highly unacceptable, unethical and uneducated behavior of a CD! I am highly disappointed that no action was taken...we were quite in a fix by this sudden move. I will not recommend this center to anyone...kids are not managed
Also would request Klay management to take such cases more seriously than just 'a feedback' to the CD. This is not is expected from an organization dealing with tiny kids.. and of this repute.
My kid now goes to another Klay center..but I still carry that image that no action will ever be taken if there is any complaint or misbehavior.
