★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating should be 0 , I had very worst experience , I went for scan , no one is there in the reception almost more than 45 mnts, all went for breakfast. No backup persons in reception.and many patients are waiting. No idea who came first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for USG scan. Firstly the billing person was not available. Asked to wait 5 mins but eventually waited for 15-20 mins. Then the technician who will write the report is on leave. Asked to wait 5-10 mins eventually waited for 15-20 mins. Total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my aged mom for her tests and one of the house keeping staff by name So mean took a nice care of her proactively and later got her a wheel chair and helped us to get all the necessary tests with ease. My experience is amazing, thanks to Simran's efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience in medall marathahalli branch, I have given blood sample on 25/12/21 and said that the report is available by evening, I have waited till 9pm and they did not send report also I tried to reached to customercare 3-4 times but they only respond will check and call back but they never call back.
Also tried sending email but no response at all, not sure they are providing such a pathetic medical services.
Today 26/12/21 I called ccare at 9am still report is not ready.
Now time is 1pm still I am waiting for report but no any response from medall. I hate this kind of service they provide after taking money. Pls dears don't go here for any checkup if you wanted your report on time better go for other labs and they will give report with 2-3 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lalita Walks the around the whole place without a mask during a ongoing pandemic!! And she calm that the building is hers and she’s owns even tho it’s MR.Reddy’s property. Lalitha has the audacity to ask you leave as she owns the building.
She her self looks infected reds eyes no masks just wonderful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok kind of experience. I went for my annual health checkup through an insurance company. When I went and told them they didn't have any clue and asked for the Authorization letter from the insurance company. They should have gotten this from the insurance company directly but don't know why. Every position who came there asked to send the letter through email and the person at the reception checking the email and then taking the printout and checking the details. Also to my surprise the receptionist didn't know what to do and called another person what to do. Also the person doesn't know which package I have to take and asked me which package I booked through the insurance company, which was again a surprise to me. They don't have integration with the insurance company and the people who visit through the insurance company. They should upgrade their systems for this integration and should not ask the people coming for a test to send an e-mail after coming to the place for testing. They have to avoid this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible unprofessional place. Had my blood samples submitted day before yesterday and until now there has been no reports online or offline! And the lady at the reception mentioned today that they have messed up the blood samples and suggested me to submit blood samples again today! More like a convenience store and not a hospital!
Another degrading star to this place, their phone never works/never connects!!
During COVID pandemic situation - the lady at the reception didn't wear a mask, neither did the person who took the blood sample!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst places to visit if you have any medical need. Please do not make the mistake of going to this clinic for any tests. I had given my wife's urine sample for routine examination and culture test. After 2 days one of the test results came but there was no sign of the other. I followed up for 4 days, visited them twice but they kept saying it will come. The doctor was waiting for both results for an infection treatment but this clinic was unbelievable. After 8 days of followup they said they cant give me the report and also denied me the refund saying their agent had called and that I had not given a new sample. When in reality nobody called. Absolutely horrific customer service. Please do not go to this clinic ever. I asked for a full refund of the tests and both results were required by the doctor but they denied it outright.
