★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not fully occupied. Anybody who would like to buy property here please come here before deciding. The place has an open gym and trees are growing on both the sides of the road. The streets are smartly planned with ample space. This place is a huge help to all the people near here because of the walking space and open gym. Hope they don't close the gate when all the plots are sold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KM Garden is one of the best place i have seen in Residential layouts, But unfortunately this layout has been sold for office purpose, crowd has been increase due to this & many people are coming into layout. Even we have observed that people are playing cards in that office & many people are coming for visits. i & my cousin had plans for purchase the site, but due to one reason we have gone out of it. As in future even this has become gated community also .. unexpected people would be coming in. So this no more a complete residential layout it even has commercial space in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here are the Pros & Cons.
Pros:
1.Layout looks good & peaceful.
2.Documents could be good.
Cons:
1.For the very front row sites not sure if there any legal issues with neighbours ??? .
2.If you are planning to buy the corner sites(which has roads on both sides) the layout management charging 10% extra for each sq ft on top of original rate.
3.Also the layout management said that as per government rule an extra 10% of sq ft cost need to paid for registration along with regular registration fees and this is for corner sites only. Do we really have such rule by government?????
4.The token advance amount paid is not getting returned by layout management if the buyer changes his decision.

Little bit inside to main road so less pollution and sound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb residential layout, well designed with broad roads. Good architect designed buildings. No untoward characters around. Worth for those working in teckparks around Mahadevpura.
