★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Painting charges at the time of vacating the house is Rs. 25000 and the contract for the same is given to a guy residing in the same apartment community 2) Bad smell coming out of the huge drain canal running right adjacent to the backside compound wall (near STP) 3) water pressure in the faucets on the top floor is pretty poor. 4) Given the apartment locality, rents are comparatively high.
