The builder's to take responsibility damaged road and building materials occupied internal road its more difficult to drive the cars and if you honking no one will respond. All the builder are well educated but still there lagging on the understanding difficult near residence.
Than the wastewater leaking issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Buildings are located side by side. No proper ventilation and Sunlight. Heavy Signal problem. Review after staying one year in Alfa garden. If you are planning to buy a house or renting a house in alfa garden. Better to scrap the plan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a residential area with 7 cross roads inside, with 5 apartments of 4 story buildings on each side of the cross road. As it is now getting formed, there are no proper roads, no drinking water, no ground water available. Water has to be purchased from local water tankers for your apartments to be pumped to overhead tanks before using. After two years, we can expect good roads, drinages and Kavery River drinking water. Then the cost of 2bhk flats may rise. Now it is around 30 to 40 lakh rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for almost an year and i would say this place is okay to stay on rent as you always have an option to move out. But if you’re planning to but you may get good deals as Roads are completely damaged, no Cauvery water, no telecom signal, always dusty, some buildings are very congested. It’s an average society but not bad though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice layout with all residential apartments. And only one provisional shop in the layout and many outside. Reliance super market is walkable from the layout. Many food restaurants near by. As of now, roads are not good. Very difficult to drive in a rainy day

Each lane has very minimal buildings and pollution less area ?.
Problem will be roads, it doesn't have proper one in all lane, could be construction were going on some lanes.
All other amenities were available near by say with in 2 kms range.
