★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this place multiple times, its very well maintained, calm and peaceful, lots of free space for kids to play. it is accessible to all the place, either leisure or work or hometown( if you are not bengalurean ), one landmark to mention is Hoodi railway station. I love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice place to live with the colony having around 30 houses. It is little inside so there is not much noise pollution.
It is located near a power grid(power plant) near Ayyapa Nagar flyover so it is more accessible to KR Puram Railway station and Hoodi railway station is also nearby (around 200 meters)..There is Lord Shiva temple inside the campus and also a Gym and a swimming pool.

The area is somewhat cut off and you would find it difficult to commute without a vehicle. The people here are a mixed bag, they can be somewhat standoffish and highly nosy/judgmental at the same time.
On the other hand, it is serene and peaceful, being somewhat cut off. Consider living here if you are okay shopping for most things online and want a life of considerate isolation.
There is a huge grass field behind this society that has huge transmission towers and you might get a little put off by the buzzing sound when sitting in your backyard. On the other hand, they have backyards, independent roofs, and some cool facilities at reasonable rates (read cut off location).
If looking to live here as a bachelor, try to keep interactions at the minimal, stand your ground on who visits you at what hour and most importantly, BE COURTEOUS TO YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND TREAT THE HOUSE LIKE IT IS YOUR OWN! Too many bachelors fail to realise that we lose control of how to dictate our terms with respect to our lifestyle when we take others' comfort for granted. Keep your house clean, avoid loud noises/music after 8 (old peeps live here) and you should be fine.

The main entrance has a security gate and the villas boast of facilities like a swimming pool, playground, gym and a children's park. The place is situated about 15-20 minutes walking distance from Hoodi Bus stand. The only disadvantage is that the place is located in a somewhat remote area.
