★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Knock down and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week. Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at knock down. The trainer’s are super nice and really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every work out. It’s a hard workout with happy people and I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
