Attending the sessions by Aakash Sir for two weeks and really impressed with the results he's got out of me. My stamina has increased, strength has increased, weight is coming down, and MMA skills are adding up. If your goal is to be fit or to learn self defense or you want to take it up as a career, this is the right place and Akash Sir is the one to contact. He is a real good coach. Very patient and gives one to one attention to everyone. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely a great place for one to try martial arts, Doesn't matter if you are amateur in this field or a professional, the coaches are very professional and know what they are doing. They pay attention to everyone's performance and work on it exclusively to take it to new heights. I have been going there since February and I have observed drastic changes. Am much more fit physically and mentally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is open almost everyday except for Sunday with generally 4 classes each day starting from 07:00, 18:00, 19:00 & 20:00.
Each day has a different sports like BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai & MMA.
I wanted to do more Kickboxing and Muay Thai but lately it is more inclined to BJJ and MMA. I guess those are more popular around here.
There are many punching bags to kick & punch which is nice for solo trading as well. But no ring as some of photo shows. (The gym is at half under ground floor not on roof top)
Some trading equipment are there for strengthening work outs.
Coach Akash is a nice guy teaches A to Z about every combat sport.
