The only back side is the product even on your first day stops working will not be replaced and need to contact the manufacturer for fixing. It won't be replaced which usually is provided by other sellers atleast for a period of 10-15 days of buying a home appliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have gone to Kohinoor thane for buying a washing machine, I thought buying from a shop is better than online buying.
But its opposite, Very disappointing behavior by whole team, sales persons behaves very smart but in reality don't know about features & behavior is also rude, they don't have time to even attend a customer, totally exhausted & disappointed.

Have purchased One ton Diakin invertor air condition in 2018, Even after regular servicing (maintaining properly) within a span of 2.5 years leakages got started in my ac, I need to replace it's coil which is costing me 11000
Prior to this, We had purchased LG refrigerator, I was facing the same issues in it as well.

In fact I had to call many times to understand functions of the machine, which their technician answered and solved my queries instantly.

That the staff is still highly motivated is credit to the management. Keep it up.
Also if Authorised consumables dealers was readily available from the store I would have even given a 5 star instead of nevertheless good rating of 4 stars.
It also helps that they are pretty price competitive too. Continue your amazing service levels.

Even though making down payment they have added full amount for loan. Also have told me wrong n fake i formation regarding loan tenure. Also charge extra amount and also they don't have answer for it why they are charging.also make wrong bills.worst experience.
