★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the final finished flat delivered by the Kohinoor Team. I would say it’s a value buy. The team was very prompt while responding to the issues raised prior to possession and I really appreciate the fact that they listen to you and genuinely try to address the issue.
They have also assured me that Kohinoor Team will always be there for any support required after possession.
I would recommend Kohinoor group to you all, they are trustworthy, which really matters when you buy your dream home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave a token amount if first week of January of 50K. On 29th booked a flat at different location and filled a form for refund. It's been one and half we haven't received refund amount. Tired of taking follow-up with them. Shibu Yadav, Amitesh Puri and Somya from accounts team had been very unprofessional. Do not book your dream home with them. If you are taking token amount but not giving it back then the message is very clear. They do not have any manners. This builder is just eating interest on people's hard earned money.

Other than SSR team rest of the people in Kohinoor group are pathetic and very rude. No one answers you once they get money from your side, so please be careful. Possession delayed by 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem with Kohinoor is considering that they are providing you a budget flat they are least focused on providing any quality. If you are buying from here means you are inviting daily tensions, least documentation, ignorance, least process, least standard and then least correction. I am not saying that you should not buy from Kohinoor but think many times before doing this. Kohinoor used to have a so called customer delight team jo ek baar paise ka len den khatm ho jata h uske baad achhe se respond karna band kar deti h. Kohinoor does not come for talk even in the first 2 years. They will take maintenance amt for 2 yrs and then forcefully target a partial handover to committee. Now we as an owner are left to do a to and fro between committee and builder. Builder bolta h committee k pass jao. Committee bolti h builder k pass jao. Koi systematic process nhi h. Kohinoor has done many projects and this does not look good. They don't respond on committee/ owners mail. Kohinoor should fix this for long run. Customer relationship matters even after the money you have got into your account. Please resolve Tinsel County issues ?
