-Road to society is in very bad condition
-Very close to train station and tracks, day and night train noise will keep you awake
-Lift does not work properly, once my family member got stuck and had to be rescued
-as soon as you get out of society and move towards market you will be greeted with 20 odd Butcher shops along with very very bad smell.
-no power backup to flats
