★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and bluffing attitude and replies. They don't value customers and delays without any valid reason. Even the senior service managers and supervisors are unprofessional. Really felt disgusted to have given them the business to service my car. Never had such pathetic experience ever in the past with any other authorized Hyundai service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited without an appointment. Still they promptly took my car and got it serviced within 2 hours. Everything was good. Technician and service advisor were good to communicate with and cooperative. Overall time spent well.. Recommended 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the service of my vehicle, while serving we noticed that my car needs some parts to be changed, after confirming with me they took almost 2 hours to say that they don’t have that part available.
2. I requested to update my map and this authorised service centre says they don’t know how to update my map.
3. I requested to update my car status on bluelink application and again the answer is same, we don’t know how to do it.
Overall if they don’t know how to handle Hyundai car they how they are authorised service centre for Hyundai?
Very poor! @HyundaiIndia please do take care of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no rating of zero or negative else would have given that. Complete immature team and they don't know how to handle a simple case of Insurance. I got my vehicle repaired 2 month's back and half of the work was left incomplete as they did not understand the instructions clearly, moreover i am following up from last 2 months to get my insurance money back as they didn't had cashless facility available. They give commitment every week 2-3 times & fail on that every time. Be careful when you visit them. This is my personal opinion & it is my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is comparatively a new one (1.5 years) in Pimpri area in PCMC. I have gone for the first time to take my car servicing here in 4 years. Sandip and Saurabh were brilliant in providing their expert services. Their customer care team is also excellent in following up :)
Overall they provided a world class servicing at a very reasonable rate. Time taken for servicing and repairing is excellent. I got my car in 2 hours where the other servicing outlet could have taken a day. They have a waiting lounge with all the modern amenities. Overall I enjoyed my first servicing thoroughly.
