They assign technician based on availability or you can ask for your choice Technician if you know anyone of them. They offer Call to schedule pickup and drop service with nominal charges. They do body works, regular service and maintenance of Honda vehicles. Vehicle Loans facility available here..Team will assist to finance from Banks and other institutions. Insurance and Road Side assistance cover also provided as per customer needs.

If you value your time, effort and money (in that order) then please don't visit this service centre. I visited this centre for a regular servicing on 2 May 19. I told them that there was no problem with the car only slight squeaking sound in the shock absorbers. I was told to come in the evening. I told them that I will collect it the next day. Next day when I reached I was told that all tasks had been carried out and I should pay the bill and collect the car. I paid the bill and waited in the lobby. Then my service engineer told me to wait for 10 minutes as the vehicle had to be washed again as some dust had got collected on the car. I said ok. After some time he came and asked me as to where I stay. I asked him the reason for it. He said that the wash will take some time. This aroused my suspicion and I went to check my car. I was surprised to see that my car had not being serviced at all. I have attached the pics. These pictures are after the so called servicing and after I had paid the bill. When I raised the complaint, I was offered a free wheel balancing. I felt like laughing. What the heck. I am really doubtful whether they have changed the engine oil or not. So if u care about Ur favourite Honda car please don't visit this service centre. PS- the squeaking sound still persists.

My visit to this service centre for paid major service of my City MH** BR 5720 was not less than a nightmare. The service executive who was allotted for my car added too many value added services without even asking me. When objected started arguing with me as if I had borrowed this car from him. The management was also supportive to him I suppose looking at his attitude. After all arguments he told me to come after 2 days as it's a major service. It was shocking as I was not given any idea and it never takes that much time. Moreover I had taken appointment 4 days in advance. He said you drove your car 5k km extra so it would take 3 days.I reminded him of the Honda policy of 3 hours service. To this he became more arrogant and asked me to show where it is written. When I showed him the sticker on wall promising 3 hours service he said it will still take 2-3 days and if major problem is found in car then it may be delayed further. I refused to wait that long and took my car home. Next day I took it to Garve Honda and they returned it on the same day before evening without any value added services... I reported to this to Honda Customer care my first time horrible experience with Honda.

These are the worst people I’ve ever come across. I bought my car Honda web petrol from them in 2018. Ever since their services have been so bad that when the car arrives from servicing it looks absolutely untouched. The overall quality of my car has deteriorated over time when it is just 4 years old. During march 2022, I dropped it personally just for deep cleaning and gave them written instructions for everything that needs a fix in the car. They sent the car back next day in exactly the state I left it and charged 2000 rs for cleaning when I could see my own hands smudge marks on the windscreen exactly where they were before I dropped the car off. Yogesh the service advisor including many other service advisors at honda has been one of the worst advisors I’ve ever seen. And nowadays they are calling me off the hook to send the car again for servicing so they can charge me of thousands of rupees for no work done. They are the worst service providers I’ve ever seen across all dealerships I’ve come across. Beware of them. And stay a thousand miles away from their sways because they are very polite at keeping you convinced for years and harming your vehicle irreparably.

Good service center and only Deccan Honda service center in area. They do good job on servicing. I've visited 3 times so far for paid services they did good job, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. So far good experience only complaint is that waiting area is small and they should ask their customers and even advisers to properly wear masks ? since it's pandemic time otherwise all good.

I went for servicing of my vehicle with prior appointment. Within 20 min of registering, I was greeted by service advisor. The advisor followed the standard procedure of car inspection and took the car for servicing. I was provided a rough time by when the car will be ready for pickup. I did receive a call within reasonable time that was committed. There is a customer lounge where I was waiting. I was asked for tea/ coffee. Overall, good experience this time.
