β β β β β Bought an AC from here. Delivery was promised in 2 days guaranteed . After calling so many times and also revisiting the store again to confirm delivery, it was actually delivered after 4 days, late at night. The installation service was also slow and delayed by 2 days.
Utterly disappointed. First and last purchase from this store.

The way they talk is literally irritating! I feel the other two showrooms on that road are much better in all terms-arcee and croma! The guy who was showing us refrigerator was like if you take in 10 mins itself i can give you many hidden offers too! Then i asked regarding delivery and he says kahi pe b 3 din to lagega hi whereas the other two showroom do provide next day delivery! And we just said that we will check at other showroom and come back so the guy said "apko window shopping hi karna hai to alag baat h" because of his this behaviour the same fridge which was available at kohinoor kohinoor we took from other showroom and we got a great discount compared to this place! I suggest never go there and checkout other two showrooms there! They are way better!

β β β β β Absolutely unprofessional. First they commit to visit home for demo and activation and then don't turn up. Their delivery persons expect tips for delivering a Samsung microwave oven. I would advise anyone planning to visit their Mulund outlet to avoid. Thoroughly bad experience and don't intend to ever buy anything from them again.

β β β β β One of the most reasonable electronics selling showroom/retailer in Mulund(W) with lot of viewing options and friendly,polite and cooperative staff.The main reason of itβs successful establishment of business against itβs commercial competitors like Vijay Sales/Croma is itβs friendly,polite and courteous staff focused on providing you with the best customer purchasing experience you can have with the best discounts they can offer from all of their available options.Youβll also find all major bank representatives available in their store to offer you all the EMI options they have on offer for their customers.I personally have purchased two white goods and have found a comparatively lesser price of both the products here with respect to their competitors and their managers on duty will always try and help you with the best discounted price possible.Products that range above 40 to 50K you will find a major difference in discounts and offers in comparison to their competitors.Great after sales service too and quick delivery with installation and very next day availability of company representatives for a demo of your purchased product.
PS: You should know how to negotiate and get a good bargain......trust me you wonβt be disappointed at all.
