★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Panasonic fridge in Dec 20 and within 1 year i get water leakage problem. Lodge complaint with VS app 2 times but no solution provided by the engineer. Now 3rd time I lodged complaint in VS app in last week but no call from VS and Panasonic. I used to bought all my home appliances from VS because of after sale service provided by VS. In this case, its not happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is bad. As i have got my product delivered 2 weeks ago but still there is no response on installation and demo. I have called at BOSCH and vijay sales itself still no one has showed up yet. The technician himself said i will send you the demo video you do it by yourself. Very disappointed by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No direct number is available to connect. Want to return AC as not able to align fitter, inspite of paying installation charges. Should try with some local trader who may get it done very next day. Tried calling Vijay Sales 3 times but even after waiting in queue for approx 30 mins, call did not get connected. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of varieties of product and good discount. The staff is very kind and cooperative specially the chacha who stands near cash counter and offers you free water with sweet smile. The staff helps you to choose the right product. The only con is they don't have good washrooms.

Parking for bike is available.
Staff is very helpfull and friendly and would try to give you the best offer they can.
Delivery service is very fast and friendly.
