★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have a mutton thali. The ambience is very normal. No one would actually look at the ambience cos the food is delicious ?. I have reduced 1 star for the waiting time for a table and for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is not that good. I am surprised by looking at the crowd it attracts. Amount of spice override the basic test of food. Too much spicy and spices added to dishes. Even Kolhapuri people don't add that much spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is good. Service was not upto the mark. It was too hot in the restaurant on summer afternoon. No coolers or AC in action. I had to repeatedly keep asking for things to get them as if it was a free lunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited kolhapuri Katta with waiting of 15 mins. Tried Katta Chikan thali. Taste was good. Liked Tambda and Pandhra Rassa. Did not serve Dahi Kanda as mentioned in Menu card.
Disappointed with serving time. It took almost 20 to 25 mins to get the thali serve on table after waiting 15 mins to get the seat.
Had to keep asking abt thali. Need to increase speed of serving. As it looks slow seving time increases outside waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place. We had their egg thali and sp. chicken thali. The quantity was generous with an unlimited refill of Tambda and Pandhra rassa. The sitting area is spacious and can accomodate a lot of people. The service is quick and very reasonable prices. All the dishes in the thali were delicious and spicy just like how kolhapuri thali should be.
Must try for Assal Kolhapuri cravings.
