★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was bit on high side. 1100 for 1 room with 3 occupants. 900 for 1 room with 2 occupants. NON A/C. Add 300 more for A/C rooms. Service is good. Respect your privacy. Near by there are restaurants with affordable prices, take away and dining both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konarak Lodge is a nightmare. From the Front Office staff to hotel owners all are stubborn and Impolite.
The cleanliness is a joke. The curtains are filled with dust, the windows are unclean. The bedsheet had cartoons made by some kid which remained unwashed. The tabel, floor and dressing table and door all remain dusty.
The waiters are hoggers eager to extract money. The Konark Lodge does not have restaurant. The waiters who bring food provide no bill. They charge you 20% Extra for food ordered.
The Rooms are age old and looks like they were never opened since months.
The waiters don't speak Hindi. You must know Telgu to get things done.
I found this lodge filled with orthodox staff and scarcity minded management.

Amenities are good Washrooms are hygienic. Staff behavior is very good and they are very supportive. Overall very good Stay at Konark Lodge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A basic hotel with essential services that's in a place around crowd next to a theatre and also near all the shopping complexes. The staff is polite and helpful. The maintenance of the hotel is precise. The crowd and traffic can be a distraction but overall the lodge is minimalistic. It's a little old but enough for basic purposes of stay and sleep Irrespective of the whole needy and greedy yet unnecessary backgrounds and services. Overall really good AC and cold water availability with 24 hour hot water facility with comfortable beds. A walkable famous restaurant and a theatre next door for the movie maniacs. It's in the centre of the city.
