★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Koncept Mahindra workshop sector 64 on 20Jan2022 for the periodic service of my scorpio at 40000 km . After Reaching there I was assigned with the Executive which Was Mr Laxman and he estimated me bill of rs 16000 in which all the things was mentioned like Silencer coating wheel balancing etc. After discussing with my father i had removed Wheel balancing and sanatization from the job card and granted them for the service .next day when I reached to get delivery of my vehicle, according to the executive it was all ready for the delivery but there was stuffs in my dashboard which was removed my cleaner when i asked for then i cleared all my dues which was 13500 at the counter and taken my vehicle towards the home . After reaching home my father thoroughly looked into the bill and asked me about the silencer coating which was missing and i paid for it around (1400) also the engine coating was not done which costs around (900) and that too i had paid for . Thereafter i called on the number of Mr laxman ( executive) and told him about it and he said it was by mistake we left just wait for few minutes i will arrange a staff and we will do the leftover things . Then i told him that when my vehicle doesn’t had chargeable work then how can you generate bill for the same . I want a refund I can’t say what u have done to my vehicle or not . Then he denied to give me refunds. Then i contacted the manager Mr vivek Chauhan he understood my problem and treated me professionally. If anyone is visiting this service station don’t fall for unprofessional staffs like Laxman always ask to Manager for better assistance. Thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a problem in remote locking of door of my Scorpio after a phone call. Call was promptly answered and was told to bring car, and problem was rectified and they did not charge for the job. There is good customer lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced working spares under the name of Mahindra Policy for not cleaning or maintenance. Even vehicle lying for 15 days and still problems are same even enhanced. Also not sure if they have replaced my vehicle good parts during that time with faulty ones as TPMS and Fuel gauge starts malfunctioning.It is someones hard earned money which Mahindra took under the name of their policy.80k I paid and they are simply putting their energy in reviewing my feedback inspite of putting it to enhance their services. Don't know how to react now. Disappointed
