★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought in my 2011 Honda Civic for major repairs with steering leaks, rusting, suspension replacement and engine noise issues.
The workshop worked on some major problems with the car and fixed issues which the authorised workshop quoted more than 4X of what I paid for here.
Have driven 5000kms since these repairs and have had no problems at all. Some minor issues which did crop up were diagnosed and fixed free of charge, with no fuss.
Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a high quality repair for your car, especially if your car is old and expensive to fix. No complaints!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Anupam was quick to respond to my queries, the service itself was overpriced and way below acceptable standards.
I was billed ₹15K to get the car serviced and ready for a road trip, however several things broke during the trip including things that were changed/fixed according to the invoice.
I had to spend an additional ₹9K at another service center to actually fix the car.
Perhaps, I was too quick to trust the reviews on TeamBHP. Unfortunately, my experience compels me to not recommend WoS to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Volkswagen Vento fixed from here, it got a bad heating issue and many dents. They've made it almost new!! Neat work, quick service. True to the word, I've always got serviced in Authorised center, but they couldn't fix the heating issue since last two service. Pathetic, But on the other hand WOS, and their professional staff found the issue quickly and resolve the same in fraction of what it could cost me on Authorised Center. If you're looking for a cheap place to get your car repair, go to some "Chacha Mechanic". But if you want World Class Service & Car Repair quality, and in reasonable price. This is the Place to go!! Thanks WOS & Anupam Ji !!!

I came across this garage for the first time with an AC issue of my 12 year old Fiat Punto. For this I had already talked to Mr. Anupam Shukla, the owner of the garage, that I want the car on the same day. Believe me, I gave the car around 1 pm and their mechanic Santosh and Bobby worked till 11:30 pm and handed over the car to me. The cooling coil of the car has been replaced which is quite a difficult task. Mr. Anupam is very soft spoken and friendly person. The mechanic here specially Salman and Santosh are very experienced and very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of WoS Noida branch, and was getting my Linea serviced there for over 5 years. The experience all through has been exceptional.
Recently I had bought a used Linea Tjet that initially showed very subtle signs of a rod knock. Over a month, the knocking grew louder and it seemed like the engine would stop any day.
I spoke with Anupam who advised me to bring the car over so they could check. The team at WoS carefully examined the engine, starting with the tappets and ruling out one possibility at a time to finally conclude the noise was somewhere from the engine block and would require opening the engine further to analyse the pistons, connecting rods, cylinders, etc.
Since the Noida branch was mostly very occupied, Anupam suggested I let the engine be examined at the new branch at Greater Noida. Though initially reluctant since I did not want to experiment with a new workshop, I agreed on Anupam's insistence that the work would get done quicker at the new workshop.
The car now reached WoS Greater Noida and the removal of engine from the car began. Next, the engine was dismantled and the culprit identified as a bent connecting rod. Thankfully the problem was identified when the engine block was still intact. The engine was overhauled and the bent rod was replaced, along with piston rings. All this was completed in just over a week.
The car has been with me for about 2 weeks now and has run over 300 km. The engine is smooth without any knock, and the car is driving very well. There aren't any other issues observed so far. I'm glad that I let Anupam get the repairs done at the Greater Noida workshop. Given that engine repairs can be a tricky thing, I would say WoS did a fantastic job of the engine overhaul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Substandard service. I gave my car here last year and it was pick and drop. I gave them all issues written in points and none of them was looked into. I do not even think instructions were passed to the team. I got to know after 6 months that cheap quality brake pads were installed, I specifically asked for original parts.
With the cost they are charging, service is really pathetic. They are not installing original parts and charging more than original parts.

After explaining about the basic problems, the car was taken to service centre. I was informed about the problems regularly, the cost involved and the options available.
