★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge Rs. 6 on every amount add, its ridiculous or unnecessary charge while other doesn't. Also, app is not working if login on Laptop/Desktop. Please resolve it ASAP.

Now, after a number of good and relatively less bad experiences, I really love this broker service. It takes little time to catch all options. I value your efforts. More facilities than expected. Bill summary format can be improved, make it classical. Wish you all success to improve services better. App is super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its brokerage charges is the best among all other brokers. I have a small account and I enjoy multiple trade. Other broker charges like rs.30 in upstox, rs.20 in zerodha but here in Wisdom Capital it charges only rs10/trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services, I asked Ashlar Reena about Commodity, FNO services of Wisdom Capital, and combined a/c balance facility. But unfortunately She opened Equity Account instead of FNO and Commodity Account, even didn't took pain to inform me. I received welcome call from them that my account opened. When I added funds in my Account and reiterated my question of combined balance to one representative of Wisdom, he asked me that I have only Equity Account. Fortunately I had transferred only RS 100 for demo of fund transfer. NEXT DAY MY A/C BALANCE WAS -260; I had called Reena and others, they failed to give the reason. So guys don't open account since they don't know about their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service by AshlarIndia/Wisdom Capital. I have opened account on March 2018 and I have to follow up more than 10 times for each issues which are to be resolved by Ashlar customer care.
Each customer care persons have their different answer for single issue/query. Customer care have lot of confusion regarding their service.
They only respond and solve your issue if you raise a complaint to SEBI.
Few improvements are required in trade eye app to better use ability of customer. Login should be requested only once in a 24 hour so that a working person don't have to spend time to re login in a day. It's seen that app is automatically been logged out in any network problem. Should work smoothly in 2G network . Also in holding section in app the average buying amount should be shown to calculate immediate loss/profit so that one can decide for selling shares.
Nothing improved in trade eye app in six months. Thinking out from wisdom capital.
One of the ghatiya trading app I have ever seen. Customer service also never the respond calls.
