★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Disappointing & miserable staff behaviour, they treated my parents wrong. They went for operation and waited for whole day long even though the time given was 9 AM,it was painful for senior citizen to wait for for the entire day. For the next visit hospital staff called my parents and gave the appointment but when they reach the hospital, staff said today not possible and they dint let to meet the doctor..how can be they so un proffesional?
Going all way from diff district to Ranchi and when they called us,it was painful. moreover for 2nd operation doctor mentioned that fee will be reduced but staff said fee is already reduced and cannot be done further..
I will never ever recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my 22 months child since a piece of pomegranate was stuck in his nose. This Kongari staff not only charged 2200+medicines which is way too much but also did not help at all at the Facilities. There was no queue but they had us waited for long even after doctor put out the piece. Just to get the prescription, I had to stand more than 30 minutes with my child. Ridiculous experience and unhelpful staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister waiting for 3 hours for check up her 5 years old daughter suffer from Nose infections but No one care even Doctor don’t want to see directly to the child patient after waiting 3 hour clinic staff wrote the medicine and he said Doctor don’t want to see patient because of COVID.. Let’s see I will complain about the Doctor to the Jharkhand Health Department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staff members present there, even taking appointment doctor is not available on time. We need to wait 3-4 hrs yo see the face of staff members. So you can guess how much time it need to take to see doctor's face .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had problem of keratosis in my ear , it was inflamed , doctor did the treatment it was not effective , then later he decided to do surgery , I changed the hospital , it was treated by topical medication in 2 weeks , no surgery was required . I would like to conclude , it was unnecessary decision and even the cost of surgery was like 50k excluding medicine n stuff . Personally, I had bad experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ent in ranchi..... 1st, we have to sit for almost 2-3 hrs, no time management......2nd they don't have good tools and stuffs.... And in the end... No DOCTORS!!!! there assistants do it..... I would recommend orchid for every consultancy.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience worst doctor in Ranchi he is doing fraud on patients I had appointed dr lalit kongari but dr. doctor kongari is not there other jhola chap doctor present there in place of dr. lalit kongari i don't recommed this clinic because there are all scammer and fraudsters. still don't resolve my Problem of coughing still I am suffering don't visit to this clinic worst experience all are scammers
