★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is a little slow... surprised that they charged 30 Rs for a mineral water bottle which had an MRP of Rs 20 written on it...when I argued the waiter said that it is the case in every hotel and that the extra charge is service charge since they do not charge service charge....really poor explanation... totally disappointed with the services frankly speaking...
