★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utter cheats, yes that's the word.Atleasy with my own personal experience. I bought toys worth couple of thousands or more which included one kids wrist watch that runs on battery. The watch worth fraction (200. Rs) of the overall paid amount turned out faulty. Tried returning knowing it wouldn't make sense requesting a refund or full exchange amount but I was blantantly denied any such offer. Well, I expected courtesy more than any discount/consideration but the person, likely owner are high on the existing ratings and goodwill they enjoy. Not worth my time and money. Good luck.
In response to the owners response.- Yes it was just the battery, but the courtesy extended is delayed and doesnt help after you being quite sly with your initial response. I have passed your shop a hundred times but I dont care. Good luck!

Toys rental services are available with different plans. Owner is very knowledgeable person. Toys prices are very reasonable.

The constant demand by kids for new toys has a simple answer of joining a toy and book library like Koshish. Recently they have also expanded their offerings by starting a section to sell educational games. Worth a visit for every parent.

Definitely worth subscribing here and make kids read new books and play with new toys every week rather than buying new expensive stuff which kids only play with for some time and then forget. I have recommended this place to quite a few other parents and they all have great experience too. Thank you, Koshish library, for introducing such unique concept. Quite helpful and much needed.
