★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using this as I don't have much options with me, the prices of plans are quite high in compare with leading ISP, also there is extra cost for contactless payment in the times when it's necessary and here we have to 30-40 rs for such luxury..also they no one from their end collects the payment you must visit their office.

I personally was using this service from the last 4 years but after moving to my new apartment something didn't go well. I moved to the Mahalaxmi Vihar where they promised me to give the connection. After waiting for 3-4 days, due to some monetary issues with the society they said we can't give you connection. Since my plan was of 900Rs from 15th to 15 th every month. I moved to this new apartment on 1st January and waited for 4 Days, after 4 days they said they can't give connection and one of their engineer said they will refund my money. We had to take another ISP's connection. But the real issue came when I went to their office thrice to get the refund of 450Rs and owner refused to give the refund.I am still waiting for that 450 Rs. I never complained about their downtime in the last 4 years. I hope they give my money its just 450Rs. Otherwise i have to find another way to it.

Then the problem starts.
Issues
1) Coverage drops To zero mbps
Reply from Kosmic -
a)Need to Restart Router everyday.
b) Issue is not with network Iphone and Ipad has problem.
2) Paid Plan don’t provide speed but if Demo plan is given there is no issue means they just show that speed is there but where it goes if we start paid plan.
3) Ask us to send mail i sent mail 6 months back they are too busy in there work and handling clients so didn’t got time to reply my mail.
4) I bought a Tplink Dual Band Router on There recommendation still speed issue now they are saying router has issue and given me another router. Catch is that router given by Kosmic is also of TP link and speed issue is there.
5) Past 6 months i am paying for 25 mbps speed but hardly 10 days i got the desired speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed is really good if you keep your router next to PC. At the time of initial connection no one ask for the connection requirements.
Poor service as I am unable to connect to the network and excuse I got is "Mam router is in bedroom and there is wall inbetween hall and bedroom, thts the reason it's not getting connected. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Broadband speed is very low. Raised complaint multiple times but, no resolution. Following up on issue since 2 months but, no luck. They didn't even receive our call and address issue. I could have given them 0star but google won't allow. @Kosmic Kindly understand customers situation. We are paying you money for the service we actually not using. SHAME ON YOU.

so no problem for joining kosmic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service so far good, okiesh but only one thing I still not improved is the payment method, to pay the bill have to go their office and pay with cash, they don't even have the any QR code displaying in their office to pay through Google pay or Paytm. It's been more than one year I have provided the feedback but no action taken from owners.
P.s. they do have online payment facility for which you as customer has to bear 30-40₹ additionally with bill amount.??????
