★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They disconnect the internet anytime they want. The reason they always mention is technical error in internet gateway and the ETA they provide to restore the service is always 2-3 hours. But actual time is always more than their ETA. I am really frustrated with the service provided by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for new connection, Sohail came home immediately early morning, did the cabling work nicely and activated my connection immediately. All the paperwork done online. They didn't even asked for payment even after 2 days after installation. Plus, waved off installation charges when I offered to pay for 2 months of rental at once. The plans are also cheap compared to other local ISPs.
Internet speed is as promised. Opted for 5 MBPS plan, consistently getting 6-8 MBPS actual downloads. Cannot comment on the downtime & disconnection, as I'm using it for just 2 days. Will update this review after using it for 2-3 months. Till now, 5 stars, highly recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best internet services I have used till now. Speed is mostly more that what you have subscribe for. I have opted for the 20 MBPS plan and most of the time I get around 35+ MBPS, though very rarely there may be a drop in speed. Trouble shooting is done on priority. Seamless connectivity focusing on customer needs. Cost is slightly high, but the quality of service negates it.

Good Service. 1 or 2 phone call is enough to resolve issue if there is any network disconnection. 4 Star from my end for their timely service. 1 star is for improvement point - Can you please help to provide system generated Bills. As most of the Organization are not accepting handwritten bills / Invoice Copies. Rest of your service is Very Good.
