The hospital is headed by Dr. R. K. Sachdeva – MBBS, MS(Ortho). He made a humble beginning 36 years ago in Delhi, by Usha Memorial Orthopedic Center(UMOC) in Krishna Nagar. This center was first of it’s kind in East Delhi to provide 24×7 trauma services and orthopedic care. The center provided cost efficacious medical services in orthopedics without compromising the quality of care and the center specializes in JOINT REPLACEMENT & TRAUMA MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother Sonu Jain was admitted here on 22nd January suffering from brain and diabetes related issue.Staff was super supportive from emergency staff to ICU staff and doctors were very polite with my mother.Doctors,nurses,canteen staff,cleaning staff everyone was so kind and humble with us. Special Thanks to Dr.Ashish Sanjay Bhaia,Ranjit Bhaia,Anu Didi,Lalita Didi,Rajni Didi,Gopal Bhaia,ICU resident doctor?
My mother was there for 12 days,she is better now and at home.
Thank you once again❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a hospital then don't ever opt for this hospital. Today they defame my frnds family. The owner of the hospital called her mom and Chachi 3rd class ppl and there administration called them poor class ppl. It was a hit and run case and they were just opting their rights given by the government. If they are behaving like this with such reputed family wt do u think they will behave with poor section of the family. I and my frnds are standing up with my frnd and we will make sure they do not harass ppl like they did today with my frnds family. One of there another staff member potrayed that my frnd was getting angry for no reason (trust me I am writing in sophisticated language). Is this the right way an administration behave with ppl. There CT scan machine was not working and the family just requested that to be written in writing. There administration guy started defaming that tum jaise gareeb log mein roz dekhta hu. Wt kind of behaviour is this by an hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital, good doctors and as per my experience till date I find it as one of the very few private hospitals whom I can trust that I am not being cheated with the money. I had unfortunate incidents when once one of my close one and on second occasion I myself had to admit here for some treatment. Both times I was very well taken care of by the doctors and their staff. I was very much satisfied with the treatment I was given here and the period I needed to stay here. During the course of treatment and even after billing I received an honest response from the hospital and I don’t feel like cheated in any way like most of the private hospitals do. However I am still not giving 5 stars because the facilities are very limited here. Doctors are good but most of them are not permanent here, they only come here for visits. And most importantly, this hospital is only for minor treatments not for major ones.
