★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhygenic lab, unprofessional staff, lack of procedures( the staff was trying to use an old needle for blood collection, only when it was pointed out to him ,did he use a new one).. unclean washrooms ( urine sample collection becomes a nightmare)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor compliance to Covid guidelines, staff themselves are untrained and do not wear masks - forget about maintaining other hygiene musts. you are made to remove mask in a crowded place because they need a picture of you for their records. Very poor experience.
