β β β β β Very bad experience. I will not recommend this branch or bank for any type of banking. They do fake promises, executives not picked up calls, even they dont have proper product knowledge. Don't do banking with this bank, feel cheated. They will make you cry by giving worsted services.

β β β β β I am happy Banking with Kotak until now and Service has also been good for the initial few months. Anirban Dhan from Kotak provided a good customer service for the initial few months.
Since the last 2 -3 months, contacting to a Bank Executive/Staff is sometimes quite difficult.
I had an account on Axis Corporate Bank in the past. It was quite easy to contact the Relationship Manager. Atleast they would call me back if they do not receive the phone.
Here in Kotak Bank, i have contact details of few people including Anirban Dhan, Swapna Shastri, Trupti Meshram - Nagpur Branch. (Trupti from Kotak has been most responsive among the all in the recent times).
The Customer Service since the last 2 months has not been to the mark. It is something they need to improve !
