★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee's are literary harassing their customer. They have opened a bank branch and they dont have budget to buy a edc machine for customer. They are harassing customer by saying that we only can pay by cash or online transaction. Why should a customer will suffer for their issue? I have visited their branch before 6 month and they have the same issue and today also they are having same issue. The employee's over there give excuse that their machine not working since 20 days which is a clear example that they are giving false information to every customer. I can't belive how a brand like kotak cant afford a edc machine? What does the bank Manger doing over there? Can't he/she could look into the operation? I will not recommend any one to go cashless over their ..or else you guys need to suffer like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to let you know that my account was opened in the wrong way.It was opened by an employee of the Bhubaneswar laxmisagar branch.He opened my account with a lot of words and promises."I've tried to contact him many times, but he keeps avoiding me.
I need justice for this incident or I will take legal action.I have all the evidence that I can put in front of you to see how bad your employees are.So close it immediately and fulfill your promise or close my account...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My account was blocked for a transaction of Rs 10/- that i made from the net banking even after confirming that it is done by myself. For one month i made several a call , emails but there IT team is not able to unblock my account for merchant transactions.
They just know few word like we are really sorry and we are looking into the matter.
It is really sad to say that the banking IT team is not able to unblock an account which they had blocked. For all our account related control lies with the bank, so they are at their mercy to block and not to unblock.
Pathetic and unprofessional response from the grievance and customer support team. They tried all sort of permutation and combinations with my account but not able to unblock.
This is KOTAK BANKING SERVICE to a customer.
