★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I probably had worst expirence with this branch. I don’t feel it even deserves 1 Star and I am planning to close my account. Reasons:
In the beginning of the year approx. by Feb timeframe contacted concerned person to convert from resident to NRO/NRE. Completed documentation by End of March while in abroad. Today is May 27th 2018 and I still have not heard from bank individuals regarding my bank account. Have to keep on giving them reminders and the best response I got so far was that I will be informed once it gets done. There are no tentative dates and my balance keeps on reducing because of non maintaining of QMB. I feel they don’t value me as a customer.

No manner to talk to the privilege customer, my family hv 4 bank account with kotak i. e NRE n currnt and, saving account, But no respect for customer.. They are rude in behavior and does not hold knowledge of banking sector. Poor in customer service, queries r unresolved. Will never recommend this bank to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 22 Feb 2020 Google shows you branch at Worli is open but when I went there it was closed. I wasted my time driving parking and walking towards the branch. During my visit last year I found the staff wasting time Rude and adamant. Also don’t send mails everyday informing of the balance You guys clutter my email box. I hope you fellows improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude. I do not know what they think of themselves. Their closing on Google shows 4:30 PM. But they close at 3:30 PM itself. The security guard seems to be instructed about the same & he does not allow customers after 3:30 PM. I insisted and went inside, the watchman had to take permission, it was only 3:50 PM; he said aaj jaldi band kia. They give lame reasons everytime. Internet band hai, etc. While I was filling the slip, one of the employees I do not want to name said Maam you have only 2 minutes, which is 120 seconds, do it a bit fast. What are you upto Man. I have never felt that the staff is willing to help or welcoming, I always find them chit chatting from one desk to another desk, they are so much involved within themselves that customer is never a priority! Few of my currency notes were soiled & the cashier starts to ask lame questions!! Bro, these are currency notes, accepted throughout India!! How unprofessional. All they are focused about is looking good and warming up the seat!!
Only have the account because it is the nearest to the place I live.
