★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class bank. I have opened an account with Kotak Mahindra. After then I continuosly received calls from Kotak Mahindra regarding free credit card everyday. I told I am not interested but getting call everyday.wrote email to senior management but issue still not resolved.

At yamuna vihar branch. Adhar card link facility service didn't work since one month. Whenever I go to Bank for adhar link employees told me this service is not working. They didn't tell me how many times to resolve it. Worst bank ever

They make huge empty promises and big false claims.
recently i got a saving bank account on my name. after then, they sent a kit with debit card with no pin and instruction to visit a site which doesnt even work. The employee named Pooja at this vishwas nagar, doesnt even resolve any more problems or even answer calls or messages. they didnt updated number for message alerts, not even enabled net banking facilty wit debit card. so basically you will be given a account to keep 10k minimum balance, and then you can just only add money to it because customer dont have debit card pin, net banking id disabled, no message alerts and no response from employees of it even after seeing your concern. I HARDLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRUST THIS BRNACH SPECIALLY.
