★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lots of Concern regarding your Bank but right now I only want My FD close and pls refund My Amount. This fixed deposit was activated by mistake. I have co-ordinated with branch also for the same they told me that it can deactivate by customer care only but I am trying their number from last 2 week and not getting any solution, their number is either busy or they are telling me that their server is down pls call later. How much times Do I need to call, first of all the person who assisted me for this FD when I opened this FD He said I can only get it closed by my home branch so I visited my Home branch then The home Branch Manager said only customer care can close this FD. You all are good for nothing and this bank is good for nothing…highly dissatisfied from your service, your Customer Care Department and even your home branch. Worst Bank I have ever seen in My life.
The service you are providing is worst.
Do the needful as soon as possible and get it done on priority basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is very irresponsible and no one cares about customer i have facing the issue that they are not saving correct details of my car and i provide them all related documents but even they don't no that who will be authorized person to correct the details like engine no and make and they are failed to reply me for noc even i had paid my loan full and final ......so bad experience i had dont go to kotak car loan
