★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to book an accommodation for over a month even though I've already paid the deposit through University Living. I understand the issue is mainly from the student accommodation provider but in my chats with your representatives I came to know that this has been a common issue with this particular provider. If I was informed of this prior to paying the deposit I would have tried booked another place. This is unethical behavior University Living! On top of that, WHY IS IT HARD TO REACH YOUR REPRESENTATIVES???!!! I HAVE THREE CONTACTS OF THREE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES THAT I HAVE TO KEEP MESSAGING IN HOPES THAT AT LEAST ONE WOULD RESPOND. IT'S RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
