About Kotak Mahindra Bank

The day I was hired was that of surprise. A day when I realised that a new organisation was willing to experiment with me on a role which I was very keen to prove myself in but had no prior experience of. 3 roles later the journey still continues – that of taking up new responsibilities, of challenging the norm, of having the autonomy to steer your ship the way you want with the final destination in mind.

One of my first mentors had mentioned that Kotak is a place where they will tell you the goal and then allow you complete autonomy to reach that goal in a manner which you feel best with the given resources. And every day has been mostly that. Keeps you on your toes and keeps you going. The best part of the autonomy is that if you ever holler for help and need guidance, the organisation is full of colleagues right upto the most senior of them that have a true open door policy. They will guide you, help you course correct and set your ship in the right direction. It is just like running your own business albeit in a professional environment. Not a single day has gone by which would require one to think of how to keep motivated and excited.

Joining as a RM in ECG in 2003 (with a background in audit only), moving to Area Head and then Regional Head by 2009 was a fulfilling journey. Then I moved into a completely different role in the Business Head’s office at Corporate Bank, handling multiple responsibilities till 2015. And from there into the current role of leading the service vertical for our customers across all Wholesale Bank businesses. Every day, Every profile, every experience filled with stories of success, adrenaline of achievements and trumpets of recognition.

14 years and counting they would normally say. But who counts when the journey is filled with so much of excitement!!!

U can come here and apply for aadhar card or correction , started from 14 March 2018. But for aadhar visit bank early at around 6am due to long que. Per day they provide only 25tokens for aadhar. Anyways I am happy my work was done .

very bad experiance to making and updating of adhar card .that lady who manage the adhar card updating dept Rachana is very rude n unexperianced unmannered even she dont know how to speak n handle with pepole.She alwys shout on people..i went there 3 times for updating my adhar card within 6 month as that bank is near most to my place n convenient ..but due to that lady rachna my appliction alwys rejected as she never done my biometric ..so that all time rejected my application...my advice to u all dont go that place n dept should take action on that suervisor Rachna.

The lady who updates aadhar "Mrs Rachna" needs to learn manners first . A private bank like kotak should not be allowing a lady like her to sit at the entrance .She was rude, unprofessional, loud and all she knows is "server is not working ". She was impossible .God helps. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

I cannot believe they are such unprofessional people. They treated me as if I'm an arrogant person who broke all the rules, their disrespectful attitude wore me a lot, I'm so disappointed. I was waiting outside calmly to get a token for Aadhar updation. Someone let me enter and sit on the chair, but after 40-50min, an arrogant senior guy started blaming me why I sit in the bank without a token. I was there because your guy let me enter, otherwise I had no way to do it. He scolded me in front of the people and didn't give me a token, after an argument, he threw a token which is number 24, though I was standing outside early in the morning at least 30 min before they open the door and only 5-6 people were outside, why I'm the last one of the day? This really upset me, the person treated me as if I sneaked in the area by cheating, what a joke. Is it something like a punishment to me? WHAT A JOKE SERIOUSLY, they are really terrible. These people have no common sense, no respect to customers. Do not rely on them, or you'll get horrible experience.

Last2 year before I have open a salary account and I have deposit fund without know about activation as branch staff is not help us. Such as fake bank employee as a layer I think need to fire all employes to bank And I have already conplain in rbi web portal. And I will reg. the Court Case to this branch.
