★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional at all, deposited bearer cheque and wasn't given cash for it. Gave no reason and said "yahan toh Aese hi chalta hai" Only 2 people were in the bank at 12pm and didn't knew what banking laws were. Would not recommend anyone and will complain to higher authority regarding this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic, whenever i deposit my cheque there, the employess are too lazy to do any respons or work, not even any information provide to customers if there is anything wrong. particularly disgusting.
i deposited my cheque on thursday evening on 10th august, n today saturday 12th August it is not even being shown in ledger balance. if there was some issue they atleast should have just call on my no which i wrote at the back of the cheque which is not even been consider by them. i have seen katwariya sarai, defence colony n even shanti niketan branches of indian bank but they all does their job fabulously. but in lajpat nagar staff have really needed to get trained professionally. my most of colleague has their account in this branch i pity for them n will suggest to switch only. no wonder why there is no rush there coz people are not happy of what they do. really irritated of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad..today morning I had been here with my 2 year old, my son was thirsty after long waiting so I took a cup of water from water dispenser and the guard passed such nasty comment on me just for taking a cup of water.
