★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to contact the bank and no response from the branch. Tried calling but always busy. We are elderly people trying living abroad and have no access to our money.
Not Happy at all with the bank's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch and staff even the lady branch manager ... enjoying government job and making fool of the account holders.
Do not value the customers time.
I have been called by the branch employee PO 5 times and on every visit they require one more document to close the account.
Imagine in the worst traffic / hot weather and you have to travel from west delhi to south delhi 5 times ... leaving all your work behind and still asking for another documentation.
What kind of professionalism they are carrying?????????
Suggest no account should get open in this branch ..... and even not in the Canara bank as these kind of employees they have.

Manager always busy with personal calls. doing nothing relaxing and enjoying.
